Nikiti Informations

Nikiti is a village located 100 kilometers south-east from Thessaloniki in Sithonia peninsula. It is the capital of the municipal unit of Sithonia.The old village of Nikiti is located on the hill  a hundred meters from the sea, with the church of Agios Nikitas at the highest point of it. Recently a now port was built in the coast of the villge with cruises starting from there every day.The most important economic sectors in Nikiti is tourism, agriculture with main product the olives and also,honey production.Nikiti is considered to be one of the larger honey productor in  whole Greece.Some of the closest beaches are Agios-Ioannis,Koviou,Kalogria and Trani Ammouda.
